IEP Advisory was founded with a simple goal: to help asset owners and businesses manage rising energy costs, navigate grid constraints and respond to decarbonisation pressures with clarity and confidence.
IEP's approach is to definine what is possible, what is viable, and what makes commercial sense from an energy perspective.
Our role is to translate complex energy, grid, and infrastructure considerations into clear, investable decisions that protect asset value, support occupiers, and future-proof portfolios.
Nathan Welch is an energy infrastructure professional with over two decades of experience across the UK energy and renewable development sectors.
